No trust card appears when I am shopping
Haven only speaks on pages it recognises as a shop, and it says nothing on pages that are not. Most of the time the silence is correct; three things make it wrong.
What is probably going on
The page is not a product page. Haven speaks when the page itself says it is selling something — structured product data, an offer, or the fingerprint of a store platform. A category listing or a home page is deliberately quiet.
- Check on a product page rather than a listing.
- If a real product page on a real shop stays silent, that is a gap worth reporting — the report form takes the address and it is the fastest way for a shop platform to get support.
The extension is installed but has not been given access to that site, or was installed and never enabled.
- Chrome or Edge: the puzzle-piece menu → Haven → make sure site access is set to "On all sites".
- Firefox: Add-ons → Haven → Permissions.
- Reload the shop page. Extensions do not apply to tabs that were already open.
You are in a private or incognito window, where extensions are off unless you allow them explicitly.
- Chrome or Edge: Extensions → Haven → Details → turn on "Allow in Incognito".
- Firefox: Add-ons → Haven → "Run in Private Windows" → Allow.
Next door to this
Still stuck?
Two doors, and neither of them is a queue you never hear back from.
Last checked 2026-08. Nothing on this page was written by a model — a made-up menu path is worse than no instruction at all, and this is the page somebody reads when they are already stuck.
