The badge says "Haven is looking into this shop" and stays that way
That is a real state, not a stuck spinner: Haven has never assessed this company and has started. It is deliberately never rendered as a verdict, because a pending answer and an answer are not the same thing.
What is probably going on
Research is running now. Haven fetches the brand's own site, looks for a published supplier list, screens any named suppliers against the federal forced-labour list, and only then searches. That takes longer than a page load.
- Carry on browsing. The badge re-checks itself once, and the answer is usually there by then.
- If you come back to the same shop later and there is still no verdict, the research either found nothing publishable or is waiting its turn.
The research finished and found too little to say anything. Haven will not manufacture a verdict from thin evidence, so the honest outcome is that there is no verdict.
- Read the "no verdict for this shop" page — it explains what that means and what it does not.
Research is queued rather than running. There is a daily budget on how much research a single day of page loads can spend, and past it the nightly batch picks the rest up.
- Check the shop again tomorrow.
What Haven cannot fix here
Stated plainly, because a product that hides its edges is how you end up trusting a surface nobody is covering.
Next door to this
Still stuck?
Two doors, and neither of them is a queue you never hear back from.
Last checked 2026-08. Nothing on this page was written by a model — a made-up menu path is worse than no instruction at all, and this is the page somebody reads when they are already stuck.
