Shopping in Compass shows no trust cards
The Shop tab is a real browser carrying the same shopping surface as the desktop extension. If it is silent, the same three reasons apply as on a desktop, plus one of its own.
What is probably going on
The page is not a product page, so Haven is deliberately quiet.
- Check on a product page rather than a listing.
The shop was opened in Chrome or in the retailer's own app rather than in Compass's Shop tab. Chrome on Android cannot be extended, which is exactly why Compass carries its own browser.
- Shop inside Compass's Shop tab.
- Remove the retailer's app if you want the swap to hold — an app on the home screen is the one that gets tapped.
The lookup timed out. Everything the Shop browser waits on is bounded — four seconds for a lookup — after which your household's own rules decide alone rather than the page hanging.
- The page still loaded and your rules still applied. Reload once you have signal and the card appears.
