I think a verdict about a company is wrong

Tell us. Every verdict is built from evidence you can read, each piece carries its source, and a verdict about a real business is not something anyone at Haven gets to change quietly either.

What is probably going on

Most likely

The evidence is right but the reading of it is off. Verdicts are computed from findings across four dimensions, and a single strong finding can move a whole axis.

Check this firstOpen the company's directory page and read the findings. Each shows its dimension, its source type, its confidence and where it came from.
  1. Report it with the company's page address and which finding you are disputing.
  2. An operator reviews it against the source, and the review is recorded against a named person with a written reason.
Cause 2

A finding came from a model reading third-party prose rather than from a document. Those are capped at a low confidence and must carry the link they came from, but a link is not the same as being right.

Check this firstThe finding you are disputing is marked as an AI scan rather than as a filing or a federal record.
  1. Report it with the link, and say what the source actually says.
Cause 3

The wrong company was matched to the shop, so the verdict is accurate and attached to the wrong business.

Check this firstThe name on the trust card is not the company you are buying from.
  1. Read the marketplace-listing page instead — that is a different problem with a different answer.
